(1) Name / Title – Mum, Dad or a Name
(3) Dates – Optional
(4) Font Selection for Name – Choose between script font 1 or plain font 2
(5) Upload your photo OR email to [email protected] with your order number – We need a high resolution photo for the best quality print. We are unable to improve the quality of the photo’s sent to us
