All orders are shipped within 7-14 days of receiving your order & payment. We do our best to have orders shipped within 7 days, during peak times Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day order processing times can increase to 14 days. Please note: that delivery times are additional to the time frame specified.

Please get in touch before placing your order and let us know the date you require your order by and we will let you know if there are any issues with the time frame. Please Note: During peak times Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day we may not be able to accept rush orders.

If you don’t see a design you are looking for please get in touch, we are happy to create something just for you. Please Note: During peak times Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day we may not be able to accept custom orders.

Please check all details carefully before submitting your order as we do not supply proofs unless otherwise stated on the product description. If you would like to see a proof to check before we print please let us know. Please Note: this will slowdown production time.

Please contact us ASAP if you have made an error in the information supplied to us. We will check on the status of your order and if we haven’t started printing your order we can make the required change/s. If your order has already been made you can pay to get the product reprinted. We understand that these things happen and where we can, we’ll try to help out with an affordable solution.

If there is a error on your order and the error is on our behalf, we will correct this as soon as possible.

We offer FREE shipping Australia wide. We use Australia Post or courier chosen at our discretion. All orders are sent with tracking. We offer express post with a flat rate of $10.00 please choose this option at checkout if you need your items sooner. Please Note: Express post option does not change our processing times it only effects post time.

Re-Delivery

We use the details provided to us at checkout, please check all details before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or non collection we will resend at customers expense.

The below time frames are taken from Australia Post and are a guide only, we will not be held responsible for postal delays.

We are located in Goulburn NSW, if you would like to pick up your order, please let us know we will then contact you and let you know when your order will be ready to collect.
